1. Condition/ Sizing of Products
As all Ruth Brown Jewellery pieces are individually handmade, there may be minor variations from piece to piece, due to the nature of the materials used. When ordering rings, it is solely the customers responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. For further sizing advice, please contact Ruth directly via e-mail.

2. Dispatch
All items are currently made to order, therefore during busy periods, please allow up to 3 weeks for your item(s) to be shipped. It is likely that most items will be dispatched within a week of placing your order, but we will be in touch to let you know our dispatch time on a case by case basis. If you need your order quickly, please leave a note at the checkout, or get in touch directly at ruthbrownjewellery.outlook.com or via our contact page. Please note that our gold plating services are outsourced, therefore all gold plated items will be with our platers for a week. Please keep this in mind in regards to the dispatch of your item.

3. UK Shipping
All items to UK addresses will be posted with Royal Mail. At the checkout, we provide the following options:
-Royal Mail 1st Class: gift vouchers only, at the cost of £1.00 GBP
-Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class: provides insurance of up to £50 and is the advised option for all orders up to this amount. Unfortunately, Ruth Brown Jewellery is unable to insure higher priced items using this postal option, so should your order be in excess of £50 and you select this option, you are doing so at your own risk. Orders should arrive within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch (please note, a signature will be required upon arrival), at the cost of £3.95 GBP.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery : provides insurance and tracking for higher priced items and is the advised option for orders over £50, or if you require your item quickly! Orders should be received by 1pm following day of dispatch (please note that a signature will be required upon arrival), at a cost of £7.40 GBP.

4. International Shipping
Shipping charges for items posted outwith the UK are calculated at checkout on an individual basis. Please feel free to get in touch with any queries regarding shipping charges/ delivery times. Currently, we use various different carriers depending on which part of the world your jewellery is travelling to, but we are working to streamline our international shipping service.

5. Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless faulty. Please ensure items for return are packaged safely and posted using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods when in transit. Our returns policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned, however, Ruth Brown Jewellery is able to provide a repairs service. All repairs will be charged according to work required.

6. Custom Orders
Ruth is happy to provide a custom service, should you wish to order bespoke combinations (such as metal finishes/resin colour). Please feel free to get in touch.

7. Prices
Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are subject to change. The prices of precious metals can fluctuate dramatically overnight, therefore, Ruth Brown Jewellery reserves the right to amend prices as displayed on www.ruthbrownjewellery.com when the need should arise.

8. Property
